All sales are final
We do not accept returns, and all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, and we do not cancel orders that have shipped. Please check your order carefully before you pay.
Cancelling before your order ships
An order can be cancelled only if you email info@prudentresearchlabs.com before the order ships. Include your name, organization, and the items you ordered. We ship within 48 hours, so please email as soon as you can. If we cancel your order before it ships, we refund the full payment.
If we cancel or decline an order
If we cancel or decline an order ourselves, for example because we cannot confirm that it is for research use, we refund the full payment.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you used through Square. How long the money takes to appear depends on Square and your bank or card issuer.
Problems with an order
If something is wrong with your order, email info@prudentresearchlabs.com with your order details. We typically respond within two business days.
